Derek is the lead pastor of Magnolia Baptist Church. He was called as pastor in 2024 after serving for 15 years in student ministry. He is married to Meagan and they have 2 boys, Deakon and Judah.
Aaron Shores
Worship Leader
Aaron serves as Worship leader at Magnolia. He was called in 2024 and he is the husband of Katie and they have 3 children, Nora, Grayson, and Caleb.
Parker Jones
Student Minister
Parker serves as the student minister here at Magnolia. He was called by the church in 2024. Parker is married to Breonna.
Meagan Fretwell
Children's Director
Meagan is the children's director at Magnolia Baptist Church. She started serving in 2024. She is currently raising her two boys Deakon and Judah as well as her husband Derek! Meagan also works in the Jones County School District as a kindergarten teacher.
